106, 11-9979 the ICY No. 25513 in NAME OF FRANCISCO REYES & ISASET STA
MARIA with an Ares of 159,870 derived frum ‘TCT No. 8672 owned by the spouses.

CORPORATION, claiming now as the owner of said pronerty, all of the above title
derived from TCT No. 25513 which as per certification of the Register of Deed, for the

This is very clear that all the tile derived trom TCT No. 25513 in the name of
Francisco Reyes & Isabel Sta, Maria t’ at cancelled TCT No. 8672 registered in the name
of Exequiel Ampil & Priscila Monzon, from the beginning TCT No. 25513 is ¥AKIE &
SFURIOUS. This is what somebody called “S, AK BUNOT. It is also sury Wg, that
ail the above Title APPEARS NO SUPPORTING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WIIICH
WAS THE BASIS for the ISSUANCE of Title.
This is against the basic requirement for Registration of Title. They cannot invoke
purchases for values and in good faith, but whose title is only a derivative of the Void
Title and could not possible be of force and effect more than its parent title. (Guillermo

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully requested that PROPER ACTION be
conducted, that TCT No. 25513 and the following TCT No. 461578, TCT No. 465101,
TCT No. 473240, TCT No. 496756, TCT No. 497194, TCT No. 692705, TCT No. 698398
and TCT No. 726696 issued without supporting documents which was the basis of
ISSUANCE of the title be recommended to the LAND REGISTRATION AUTHORITY to
RECALL the above cited title which is FAKE and/or SPURIOUS from the bejinning,
