1 - Task description:
 Students work in groups of 5-6.
 Each group will choose one topic from the list below.
 The presentation will last 15 minutes (18 minutes for a group of 6) with relatively
equal amounts of time allotted to group members. No more than TWO minutes
should be added if there is any question raised to the presenters.

2 - List of topics:

TOPIC 1:
The organization intends to establish a structured feedback system, seeking input from
employees at various positions. Your team is responsible for strategizing the successful
initiation of this system.

TOPIC 2:
Your company is going to launch a new product / service.
Your team belongs to the Marketing Department and is assigned to give a presentation on
the new product / service to a group of potential customers.
TOPIC 3:
Your company is participating in a trade fair to seek new partners.
As part of the Public Relations Department, your team is assigned to give a presentation
on the company profile, with an emphasis on its position in comparison with its
competitors in the market.

TOPIC 4:
In recent times, the company has faced a significant hurdle. As a part of the Research and
Development team, you are tasked with presenting viable solutions for the Board's
consideration.

TOPIC 5:
It’s the beginning of the new year and the company is organizing a meeting to report its
activities to the stakeholders.
As part of the Department of Planning, your team is assigned to give a presentation on
the company’s achievements in the previous year and its plans and objectives for the new
year.

3 – Reminders:
 Students are required to sign on the candidate lists before all the presentations
start.
 Students have to come to the exam room early to allow enough time for
preparation.
- Those who attend the first shift should be present by 6: 50 as the
presentations will start at sharp 7:00.
- Those who attend the second shift should be present by 8:50 as the
presentations will start at sharp 9:00.
 Each group will be provided with TWO evaluation forms, which have to be filled
and submitted to the examiners before the presentation.
