AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESSES

We, Tang Ineme, elected Barangay Kagawad of Barangay Tandang Sora,

Quezon City, and Mike Ginriquez, affiliated with GMA News, both of legal age, both
married, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law do hereby depose and
state that:

1. On January 10, 2024 at around 8:00 PM, we received a call from PLT FERMIN
TIGAS of Station Drug Enforcement Unit, Talipapa, Quezon City, regarding a
buy-bust operation which will be conducted within the area of their jurisdiction.
The said unit requested our presence to act as insulating witnesses in the said
activity of which we both agreed;

2. At around 9:00 PM, same date, we proceeded at Station 3, Talipapa, Quezon

City and participated in the pre-operational planning headed by PLT FERMIN
TIGAS. As provided under the Local Government Code and pertinent laws, we
are aware of our duty to participate in law enforcement activities being conducted
by the police within our territorial jurisdiction;

3. Based on the plan, we shall position ourselves temporarily in an area

particularly near 7/11 until the pre-arranged signal is given with the back-up team
to come and for possible arrest of subject personalities. It was also agreed that
we shall come to the crime scene together with the back-up team for the purpose
of witnessing the marking, photographing, and inventory of the seized pieces of
evidence in the place of seizure and arrest;

4. At 10:30 PM, same date, immediately after the planning, we proceeded in the
target location at Barbie’s Beauty Salon, located at Malaya St., Brgy. Tandang
Sora, Quezon City and as planned, stayed temporarily in the nearby 7/11 store,
while PCpl Deo Durant who was designated as the poseur-buyer and the
confidential informant immediately proceeded at Barbie’s Beauty Salon;

5. At 11:00 PM, same date, PCpl Deo Durant with the confidential informant went
out of Barbie’s Beauty Salon and executed the pre-arranged signal. Thereafter,
the arresting team headed by PLT FERMIN TIGAS and the undersigned, rushed
to the area and assisted the poseur-buyer in effecting the arrest of the
aforementioned personalities;

6. During the process, we witnessed the inventory, marking, and photographing

of the seized pieces of evidence. After the inventory, we signed the receipts
 thereof and were given copies. Suspect, Rolando “Barbie” y Periquit and Bobby
Lopez were likewise given the same;

7. Prior to the inventory, we witnessed PCpl Deo Durant, Pat Tanggol Dimagiba,
and Pat Delicardo Dalisay recited upon suspects of their constitutional rights as
provided for under the Miranda Doctrine in Tagalog, known, understood and
spoken by them;

8. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

facts and in compliance with Section 21 of RA 9165, as amended.
