Lab Directions:
1. Monitor your heart rate during exercise a minimum of three times (20
minutes or longer) this week using your assigned Adidas Zone and the
smartphone app. Be sure to select F23 Tech Integration Lab (as Activity)
2. Complete the Weekly Wrap Up Worksheet
3. Complete the Target Heart Rate Zone Worksheet
