Congratulations!We are impressed by your credentials both personal and professional during your recent meeting
with us. The undersigned has pleased to appoint you here by as the Po HRINTERN(Remote) Under The National
Scouts/Guides Organization on the following terms & conditions.

Commencement Date : Your joining date with the Organization shall start on 25/05/2023 and will be 3 month and first
14 days will be training and the rest 2 Months 16 days will be paid and you will be reporting your work to Mr Abhisek
Mishra. Your timings will be from[9 am] to [9pm] any6 hours, MondaytoSaturday.

Compensation: You are eligible for a stipend of Rs. 13000 during the term which shall be paid on completion of the
tasks assigned to you during your internship to the satisfaction of the Company.
Other Terms and Conditions: During your Internship you shall be subject to the service rules, and regulations
applicable from time to time.

You are required to update yourself from time to time about all the policies prevailing at any point in time as may
apply to you.

Any other terms conditions and stipulations not specifically mentioned herein shall be governed by the
Organization’s rules and other policies and procedures of the Organization at presently applicable and as may be
amended from time to time.
