Position: - Executive Assistant cum Typist

Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant cum Typist, you will undertake a combination of
administrative and typing tasks to support the efficient functioning of the
organization. This role requires versatility, strong organizational skills, and
proficiency in typing to fulfil various responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Typing and Data Entry: Utilize typing skills to transcribe documents,
correspondence, reports, and other materials accurately and efficiently.
2. Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and formatting of
documents, including letters, memos, spreadsheets, and presentations,
ensuring adherence to company standards.
3. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the
team, such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls,
scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records,
databases, and filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information
when needed.
5. Proofreading: Review typed documents for errors in grammar,
spelling, and punctuation, making necessary corrections before
finalizing.
6. Communication Assistance: Assist with drafting emails, letters, and
other written communications, as well as handling incoming and
outgoing correspondence.
7. Meeting Support: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during
meetings, and assist in coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
8. Coordination: Coordinate with team members and external parties to
gather necessary information, schedule appointments, and facilitate
communication.
9. Research: Conduct research as required to gather information for
reports, presentations, or other projects.
Requirements:
1. Typing Skills: Proficiency in typing with a high degree of speed and
accuracy is essential.
2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage
multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
3. Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in
typing and data entry tasks.
4. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills
for effective interaction with colleagues and external contacts.
5. Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with word processing software
(e.g., Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and email
applications.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under
pressure in a fast-paced environment.
7. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members and
provide support as needed.
8. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
and maintain confidentiality.
9. Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or typing
roles is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and grow in the
role is essential.
