Some employers offer their employees subsidised membership of gyms and sports clubs believing

that is will make staff healthier and thus more effective at work other employers see no benefits in
doing so. Consider the argument from both aspects of this possible debate and reach a conclusion.

Undoubtedly, the majority of people have a great dependency on the


membership of various activities given by their organization. It is often argued
by some individuals whether it is a boon or a bane for humankind. We certainly
can not ignore the benefits of membership as, it make them healthier as well as
helps to concentrate more while working, but its drawback should be equally
considered before reaching to a pertinent conclusion.
There are myriad of advantages associated to promote membership of gym,
sports club as most of the employees are unhealthy, as they consume junk food
or high carbonated drinks and it directly effects them as well as their companies
as they become lazy. Furthermore, doing exercises in groups helps to increase
their social skills. To exemplify, most of the people wish to interact with other
people to share their ideas and to enhance knowledge. Above all, the another
reason is, it will maintain a perfect balance between work and health. So, it is
important to join gym or any club to be healthier.
Nevertheless, some people believe that subsidised membership puts them in
trouble. There are numerous of factors responsible for it. The first and the
foremost reason is, many humans get tired from the work so they do not have
energy to do exercises, Moreover, they will not get no time to spend with their
family. Thus, they think that it is totally waste of money as well as time. The
problem has emerged is associated with their time management. For instance, if
a person join gyms or sports club get less time for their personal work as for
their family and can not take a proper sleep.
To recapitulate, by analysing both the aspects there are more merits than
demerits. Where as I opine that, engaging in these activities keeps their
employees healthier and more fit if they settle their time.
