Attendance System" under the guidance of Mr. Brajesh Kumar
chandra.
Throughout the duration of this project, Aishwarya, Hamza, Diksha,
Payal, Mohini demonstrated exemplary dedication, commitment, and
enthusiasm towards learning and implementing electronic circuitry
principles. This project involved the utilization of the NodeMCU
(ESP8266) to design and construct a functional Biometric Fingerprint
Attendance System.
Under the mentorship of Mr. Brajesh Kumar Chandra, Student's
exhibited commendable technical skills, problem-solving abilities,
and a keen understanding of the project's objectives. The project was
completed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring its
effectiveness and functionality as a security alarm system.

the versatile NodeMCU (ESP8266).
First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere
appreciation to my project supervisor BRAJESH KUMAR
CHANDRA, whose invaluable guidance, unwavering support,
and insightful feedback have been instrumental throughout
this journey. Your expertise and encouragement have truly
enriched this endeavour.
I am deeply indebted to my professors and instructors at
Ambedkar Shakarpur Campus-I, whose teachings and
mentorship have provided me with the knowledge and skills
necessary to undertake this project. Your dedication to
fostering intellectual growth has been truly inspiring.
 ABSTRACT

In today's era regardless of the field of study or preference for

defining data (quantitative, qualitative), accurate data collection is
essential for maintaining the integrity of research. Selection of
appropriate method and the device used for data acquisition reduces
chances of errors occurring.
Proposed system has a small handy hardware, a remote server and
software components for acquisition of data manually or from sensors
electronically. It could be used in doing survey's, closed loop control
monitoring systems in industries, hospitals, attendance management
system of schools and colleges etc. The term biometric refers to a
measurable characteristic that is unique to an individual's such as
fingerprint, facial structure, the Iris or a person's voice. This paper
presents a fingerprint based biometric system that records the
attendance of a person by using a hand held fingerprint sensor.
The experimental results suggest that many fraudulent issues can be
overcome using the fingerprint based attendant system and improve
the reliability of attendance record. Biometric attendance system
works quite efficiently and stop buddy punching like the traditional
card swapping and pin password methods you don't need to bring the
card and remember the password.
