Ms. Cortese is progressing nicely as a novice teacher. She is open to suggestions and feedback from her CT. She will immediately
make changes when necessary. Her management is strong despite her quiet demeanor. Her presence will only improve as her
confidence builds. Ms. Cortese has done an excellent job of understanding the student led instructional style. She is doing an
excellent job and we are glad to have shared this experience with her. We wish her the best.
