Greetings of Fortitude, Excellence, and Uprightness!

On behalf of the TLE Teachers, I would like to request the kitchen equipment needed in TLE
Laboratory and to seek permission from your office to remove the furniture and bed in TLE
Laboratory.

Kitchen Equipment Quantity Purpose

Refrigerator 1 It will help students to

preserve the food and
ingredients before their TLE
Class.

Gas Range Oven 1 Using this oven it will help

us, students, and teachers to
achieve the right amount of
heat needed to bake cookies,
pastries, and cakes.

Long Wooden Table 2 It helps students to apply the

mis’ en place and it will make
 the activities easier for
students. Also, students will
use this for grades 9 and 10
lesson.

Table Clothes 4 For grade 9 and 10 there’s a

table skirting lesson which
2 White, 1 Red and 1 Blue the students will apply this
using table clothes and
wooden table

Reason for removing furniture and bed in TLE laboratory.

In one section, the teacher divides the class into two parts, one doing the activity in the TLE
laboratory while the other one is waiting in their respective room. The reason for removing beds
and furniture is to allow students to have more space and to move around while doing their
activities. We, the TLE teachers, already discussed about this. And this is the best suggestion
that we made to accommodate a 1 section in doing their activities/performance task in TLE
subject.
