I. INTRODUCTION
With the help of this recipe, we take a delicious culinary trip and introduce a brand-new, alluring flavor:
banana. Our invention, the banana puto, offers a nutritious and health-conscious option in addition to
promising a delicious experience. Rich in vital elements like potassium and magnesium, bananas are
necessary for sustaining healthy health. These minerals have been shown to help decrease blood pressure,
and the magnesium helps strengthen and develop strong bones. In this culinary adventure, we feed the body
as well as the senses, resulting in a harmonious combination of flavor and healthfulness with the banana
puto.
II. PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT (SERVICES/GOODS)

The purpose of product banana puto is to give more flavor to our usual puto and add nutrients
The nutrients that we can get in banana is
Vitamin B6.
Fiber.
Potassium.
Magnesium.
Vitamin C.
Manganese
In terms of good and services, producing and selling banana is considered good because it is a tangible but
good quality product that can be bought and sold in the public market. The ingredients used in banana puto
such as banana, baking powder, white sugar, flour, egg, evaporated milk, unsalted butter.
Overall, the production and sale of banana puto involves good and services as the Ingredients used to make
the puto are good and nutritious, while the hygiene, serving or selling the banana puto is to customer is a
service.

Banana puto is especially needed by children because with this product your can get nutrition such as vitamin
B6,Potassium,and Vitamin 6 atp,it is not stable food like vegetables because banana puto is food that has a lot
of vitamins because the main ingredients is fruit.
VALUE PROPOSITIO
The banana puto is made from banana which makes the banana puto is delicious ,resulting is soft and not to
sweet the taste of the banana, makes precedence over the sweetness so it cause the customer to not
immeduately feel bad and be satisfied of the taste.
MARKETING ACTIVITY
CONTENT MARKETING- This marketing strategy includes coordinated content creation that provides
potential customers with relevant text video and audio content.
PRODUCT MAKE- while making a product with your employees is a like an activity because you are making if
fun and complete helping those who don’t learn

METHOD
1)In a mixing bowl, add-in the mashed bananas, eggs, evaporated milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix
until well-incorporated.
2)In another bowl, add-in the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3)Slowly add-in the flour mixture into the banana mixture and stir well. Mix until well-incorporated and
a nice consistency is achieved.

4Prepare puto molds and brush it with cooking oil.

5)Fill the mold with the puto batter. Repeat this step for the rest of the ingredients.
6)Transfer the molds to a steamer. Steam for 10 to 15 minutes. Cover the steamer lid with a dry towel
to avoid water from dripping
7) Remove from the molds and transfer to a serving tray or serving plate.
MACHINE
Steamer Pot- Puto is cooked via steaming, so with this banana puto recipe. You can use a steamer or
steamer pot that can hold about 15 puto molds or cook by batch if you have a smaller one. Most rice
cookers also have steaming pots with them.

1. This section of the business will discuss and address the needs of the customers.
Firstly; Conveniency, this a major need to our customers since our target is student, local resident,
office workers and Senior Citizen .Our product is basically a steamed rice cake popularized by the
Filipinos. It is commonly eaten as a dessert or a snack, or is partnered with other savory Filipino
dishes.
The banana puto is a variation of that rice cake, aside from the usual ingredients we use for making
the plain puto, we add ripe bananas into it to make a banana-y delicious tasting puto.
2.This product offers a lot of benefits to our customers who are willing to buy it

In this recipe, we introduce a new flavor-banana. We tell you, this banana puto a very healthy
option. The potassium and magnesium in bananas can help lower blood pressure. Its magnesium
can also help us develop strong bones.
