Summary of the Answers:

• Firstly, we need to understand the bigger system

What actually system is and from where it is being run!?

• Being a part of this system, we can control the government from doing un-Islamic things

1- Boycotting the products, so their owners will put pressure on the government.

2- By making clusters; If we are more in number, we can pressurize the government.

3- (Start with yourself. Do not indulge yourself and your family in such un-Islamic activities.) If
someone in your family is involved in politics, put pressure on him. It will be effective.

Two step process in Islam

1- Intellectual Warfare

2- Political establishment.

✘. Democracy is not an Islamic system.

In Qur'an Allah says:

‫کیا جانن وال اور نا جانن وال دونوں کبھ یکساں ہو سکن ہی؟ نصیحت تو عقل رکھن وال یہ قبول کرت ہی۔‬

[39:9]

An honest man is not equal to dishonest one, a knowledgeable is not equal to ignorant one, whereas
in democracy both are equal by virtue of the fact that they both get one vote.

In Islam we have something called the "Shura" (consultative committee) which is a group of advisers
who take political decisions.

The shura is comprised of specialists where each member must fulfill certain conditions to be a part
of it, while in democracy decision making lies within the hands of the public, no specialist
knowledge is required.
