Type the URL: https://client.emb.gov.ph/crs/login on your browser’s
address bar
Click “Create an Account”
Fill out the form and upload the required files in JPEG format
After creating an account, go back to the login page to enter your
username and password
Click “Add Establishment”
Click the dropdown icon
Select a Region
Click “NEXT”
Search and select the existing establishment on Registered Companies
For not existing establishments, click the “NOT IN THE LIST” button
After successfully filling out the online form, you will get an automated
acknowledgement letter regarding your company registration
Once your registration is approved, you will receive an email that
contains your company reference number:
Click the “Dashboard” to View the status of the application

in monitoring and processing data to track
the use, storage, treatment and disposal of
hazardous waste

REGISTRATION PROCESS HW GENERATOR

Type the URL: hwms.emb.gov.ph on your browser’s address bar

Click “Register a new account”
Fill out the required information, upload attachments and click “Register”
Enter the Company Reference ID, Applicant Name, Date Approved of CRS and
then click Verify

After clicking Verify, click “Assign Company to Account”

On Geolocation, to get the Latitude and Longitude via googlemaps, click on

“Open Map” and “How to get Lat/Long”

Fill out the required information

Select a waste generated by your company (register all possible hazardous

waste that your company may generate)

Note: After choosing a file to upload, click on the dropdown arrow to choose
the appropriate file type you uploaded then click save to complete the
upload

ALL THE FILES YOU UPLOAD WILL BE MARKED WITH A CHECK.
REMINDER: MAKE SURE THAT YOU ALSO PROVIDE ALL THE FILE TYPES WITH ASTERISK (*).
OTHERWISE, THE “FINALIZE APPLICATION BUTTON” WON’T FUNCTION

Once the required files were uploaded, click “Finalize Application”

To check the status of the applications, click “Applications”
Should the application be returned, you will see the comments of the
evaluator on the “Remarks”. Click “Update” to make necessary changes on
the application.
For amendment of approved Generator’s ID, click Generator >
Applications
On the next page, click “Amend”
APPROVED GENERATOR’S ID: You may see all
your APPROVED application on the
“Applications” tab
HOW TO APPLY FOR PERMIT TO
TRANSPORT THROUGH HWMS
REMINDER: BEFORE APPLYING FOR PTT, YOU NEED TO
HAVE AN ONLINE-APPROVED GENERATOR’S ID
On your HWMS account, click on the generator > HW Inventory
Click on “Manage”
 Click on “Add Quantity”

REMINDER: YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT AND INDICATE ALL THE HAZARDOUS WASTE THAT NEEDS TO BE
TRANSPORTED. OTHERWISE, YOU WONT BE ABLE TO FINISH STEP 2 OF YOUR PTT APPLICATION
After successfully updating your HW Inventory, click Generator > PTT

On the new page, click the dropdown button to choose your generator’s ID. After
choosing, click “Next”
Proceed in completing steps 2 to 5 to complete your PTT Application

You will receive an automated email from OPMS. Click “HERE” to activate your

Sign-in to your OPMS account
After linking your CRS account, click on “(CCOr)
CCO Registration”
Click “ New CCO Registration”
Fill out the necessary information from step 1 to 6
