Dietary Requirements

Dietary requirements

affect the customer if failed to address I adequately?)

It goes without saying when writing about special requests or dietary requirements you need to specifically mention
if there are any allergies, religious dietary laws, or vegetarian or vegan preferences or if there are any patients with
diabetes or celiac disease. If the food handling is done incorrectly it may lead to serious health problems for the
customer such as allergic reactions or worsening of the chronic diseases. To add to the list, if customers’ dietary
preferences and religious laws are not followed then this may lead to customer dissatisfaction and the establishment
will suffer as a result.

(Describe how you will adjust your recipe to address the dietary requirement)

To address the nutritional needs of the varying diets, adjust recipes and preparation methods for the same purpose.
As an example, if a client suffers from gluten allergy, replace all-purpose flour in recipes such as Naan bread with
gluten-free flours such as rice or almond flour. By way of replacement, chicken in the dish such as Chicken 65 can
be substituted with paneer or tofu, ensuring that the texture and the flavor of the dish remain similar to that of the
original recipe. Make sure to use separate kitchenware and cooking facilities when preparing meals for allergens to
prevent cross-contamination. Additionally, staff training plays a crucial role in this matter. The personnel must be
able to comprehend and manage such dietary necessities to ensure that all dishes comply with the specified
requirements every time. On the top of it, pay attention to ingredient inventories and supplier details so that you
could refer to them as necessary and address customers' questions on the spot.
