manager of operations, and every member of the cleaning crew.
Meeting purpose
The purpose of the gathering was to talk about and present Ozhouse Clean's newest environmentally friendly
cleaning products. It also provided a platform for negotiating a pay raise for cleaning personnel who were skilled in
applying these products.

Negotiation meeting objectives

The negotiating meeting's goals were to guarantee equitable pay for employees utilizing the new goods and to
improve employee happiness and retention while upholding agreed-upon conditions.

The new eco-friendly goods were introduced, the switch's reasoning was explained, cleaning methods were
