Meeting Outcomes

Meeting attendees

Key stakeholders, including myself, the operations manager Amanda, the administration manager Sarah, and other
pertinent project team members participating in the negotiating process, attended the meeting.

Meeting purpose

The meeting's goal was to debate and decide on a suggested price increase for services that use environmentally
friendly materials. It also sought to guarantee team members' agreement on objectives and tactics during
negotiations.

Negotiation meeting objectives

Securing client acceptance of the price rise while preserving satisfaction and loyalty were the goals of the bargaining
conversation. In order to ensure effective execution, it also aimed to establish defined roles and lines of
communication within the project team.
Agenda items

The present pricing structure was reviewed, the reasoning for the suggested increase was discussed, possible
consumer concerns were identified, objection-handling techniques were developed, and positions within the project
team were assigned.

Potential issues and problems of negotiation


Divergent strategies and objectives among team members, consumer opposition to the price increase, and worries
about affordability are a few potential problems. It is important to adequately address these issues in order to arrive
at a solution that benefits both parties.

Outcomes of the negotiation


Team members came to an agreement on the suggested strategy for the price increase and implementation plan as a
consequence of the negotiation. Agreements included creating a clear communication strategy, aggressively
resolving customer complaints, and identifying responsibilities within the project team for effective execution.
