ORDER

For consideration is the “Formal Offer of Exhibits” 1 filed by the plaintiff,

through their counsel, Atty. Rolly F. Roldan and the “Comment/Objection to the
Plaintiff’s Formal Offer of Exhibits” 2 filed by the defendants through their counsel,
Atty. Romeo N. Bartolome.

In their Formal Offer of Exhibits, the plaintiffs offered Exhibits “A” to “J”
and “L” to “AA”, inclusive of their sub-markings, for the specific purposes as
stated in therein. On the other hand, the defendants, in their Comment/Objection
objected to their admissibility on the ground that they are either self-serving,
irrelevant, immaterial or hearsay.

WHEREFORE, after taking into consideration the formal offer by the

plaintiffs and objections made by the defendants, this Court adopts the policy of
liberality and resolves to ADMIT plaintiffs’ Exhibits “A” to “J” and “L” to
“AA”, including their sub-markings, subject to whatever probative value they may
have in deciding the instant case.

With the admission of the foregoing documentary exhibits, the plaintiffs are
considered to have rested their case.

Set the initial presentation of the defendants’ evidence on April 19, 2024 at
9:00 a.m., through videoconference, as previously scheduled.
