* Inspection shall include, but is not limited to:

a) Metal Valve Cap - in place & properly secured; not broken or
missing
b) Steel Valve - tightly closed; working properly
c) Safety Fuse Plug (Top) - intact; in good condition
d) Safety Fuse Plug (Bottom) - intact; in good condition
e) On-Off Valve - working properly; in good condition
f) Body - no rust or any type of corrosion build up; no visible dents or
cracks
g) Markings/ Label - content is identified; label is clear, readable and
cannot be readily removed
h) Hydrostatic Testing - hydrostatic test result is provided
i) Storage - area available wherein pressure vessel can be
secured, protected and placed in the correct position
