Employment Contracts

This electronic version of the individual labor contract applies to A

and B in order to clarify their respective rights and obligations,

after friendly consultation both parties agree to sign the

agreement, in accordance with the agreement within the term of

the agreement or in accordance with the provisions of the laws of

the State of Colorado, USA to perform their obligations.

In view of the needs of Party A's business development, hiring

Party B to provide labor services for ______GPT4DRONES

______ Limited Liability Company, the two sides negotiated to enter

into a formal "Labor Employment Contract" as follows:

I. Duration of the contract

ARTICLE I This contract shall take effect date:___________________,

probationary period ending date:___________________


The contract of employment for labor services may be renewed by

mutual agreement one month prior to the expiration of the

contract, if the parties so require. If the term of the contract has

expired and the parties do not renew it, but the work and business

in question performed by the employed party has not yet been

completed, the contract shall be extended until the completion of

the work and business in question.

II. Obligations and responsibilities of the A and B parties

Article 2 Party B agrees to undertake the corresponding work

content as well as positions according to Party A's work needs.

Article 3 Party B's work shall meet the requirements of the duties

and responsibilities of the post as stipulated by Party A and the

standards specially stipulated by Party A for the post.

Article 4 Party B shall accept Party A's performance appraisal.

Article 5 Party A shall provide Party B with the working conditions

necessary for the work undertaken by Party B.

Article 6 Party B shall strictly abide by the additional terms of this

contract.
III. Remuneration for labor

Article 7 Party A pays Party B's labor remuneration in

cryptocurrency by the first day of each month at the exchange

rate of the standard amount drawn up by the Board of Directors.

Weekly assessment

The number of new effective members of the team every week is

not less 3 people.

About promotion criteria

When the third-level members of the team reach 5 people,they

will be authorizad by the team leader with a weekly salary of $50

When the third-level members of the team reach 30 people, they

will receive a $50 bonus and a weekly salary of $100

When the third-level members of the team reach 150 people, they

will receive a $150 bonus and a weekly salary of $150

When the third-level members of the team reach 350 people, they

will receive a $500 bonus and a weekly salary of $300

and an Apple 15 Pro incentive

When the third-level members of the team reach 700 people, they

will receive a $1000 bonus and a weekly salary of $600


and an Apple 15 Pro Max/Ultra incentive

When the third-level members of the team reach 1200 people,

they will receive a $3000 bonus and a weekly salary of $1200

and a motorcycle incentive

Party A has the right to deduct Party B's corresponding amount of

labor remuneration in the following cases: 1. Party B's negligence

causes economic losses to Party A; 2. Party B violates the

company's management system; 3. Other cases as agreed by both

parties.

IV. Termination and discharge of the contract

Article 8 If the contract is not renewed at the end of the contract

period, it shall be regarded as the termination of the Labor

Employment Contract, and both parties shall go through the

relevant formalities in a timely manner.

Article 9 This contract may be terminated by consensus between

the Party and the Party.

Article 10 Party B may terminate this contract if Party A has any of

the following circumstances:


(a) If he or she proves during the probationary period that he or

she does not meet the conditions of employment;

(b) Serious violation of the relevant provisions of Party A and the

termination of the labor contract in accordance with this contract;

(c) Serious dereliction of duty and malpractice, causing significant

damage to the interests of the Party;

(d) Being held legally accountable in accordance with the law.

V. Other elements agreed upon by the parties

Article 11 A and B agree to add the following contents to this

contract:

(a) Party B is obliged to provide Party A with true personal

information and relevant certificates, otherwise Party A has the

right to terminate this contract at any time without financial

compensation.

(b) Party A has the right to modify and improve the relevant

provisions of the Company. The modified contents shall have the

same effect on this contract.


(c) Party A may adjust Party B's job duties and scope of work as

needed during the validity period of the contract, and the labor

remuneration and other matters will be adjusted accordingly.

Party B is willing to obey Party A's arrangement.

(d) Party A will regularly or irregularly conduct performance

appraisal on Party B. If the appraisal fails, Party A has the right to

terminate this contract.

Article 12 This contract shall be executed in duplicate, with one

copy for each party.
