Guidelines Create an exercise routine that focuses on core stability. The following must be seen in the performance but not limited to adding other exercises: plank, side plank, glute bridge, and bird dogs. Each group shall consist of members that are assigned to their group with the same code. Harmful and fragile props such as knives, glass, fire, and other dangerous materials are STRICTLY PROHIBITED, the group that fails to follow will be deducted 5 points on the overall average score. They are only allowed to use yoga/exercise mats. The exercise routine and music shall consist of 3 minutes as a minimum and 4 minutes as a maximum. Each group is required to wear any attire that is appropriate for Physical Education performances. Failure to follow the above guidelines and mechanics will be subject to a deduction of points.
