Greetings!

We, the teaching and non-teaching personnel together with the learners of
San Jose National High School will be celebrating our 25 th High School Day
Celebration on April 26, 2024. We plan to held the said activity at San Jose
Multi-Purpose Gymnasium for the convenience and easy access of our
learners, parents and stakeholders. Along with this, several activities well be
held which will need BPATS to guarantee peace and order in our venue.

In line with this, may we request from your good office to provide us police
security from 8:00 am until the end of the event in the evening. We will
appreciate if you can deploy at least two(2) BPATS personnel for the
duration of the event for security purposes.

Your positive response on this request is highly appreciated.
