1999 Annex.P-1 The Petitioner successfully attained certification from the Bihar School
(Pg. 1-11) Examination Board in the year 1999, having been assigned Roll no. 0592 and
Roll Code 13302. Enclosed herewith is a photocopy of the Petitioner's
Secondary School Examination mark sheet, issued by the esteemed Bihar
School Examination Board, Patna.
30/09/1999 Annex.P-2 Bihar School Examination Board issued the certificate, annexed herein,
(Pg. 12) signifying that the Petitioner has successfully attained the certification.
15/02/2003 The Petitioner was appointed as the Shiksha Mitra at the salary of Rs. 1500/-
per month.
08/12/2022 Annex.P-3 The Vigilance Department lodged an FIR (First Information Report) with
(Pg. 13-17) FIR No. 315/2022 at PS Halsi, District Lakhisarai, against the Petitioner.
The allegations put forth assert that the Petitioner utilized a forged mark-
sheet from the Bihar School Examination Board in order to secure their
appointment.
12/01/2023 Annex.P-4 Petitioner submitted that the report provided by the Bihar School Examination
(Pg. 18-19) Board is deemed inaccurate, and the Petitioner vehemently contests the
veracity of said report. In fact, the Petitioner has already furnished a detailed
representation to the Block Development Officer (BDO) in Lakhisarai in
response to the inquiry made regarding this matter. A copy of the
comprehensive explanation submitted by the Petitioner to the aforementioned
Block Development Officer, Halsi, Lakhisarai, is enclosed herewith.
02/02/2023 Annex.P-5 An anticipatory bail was filed by the Petitioner as he apprehended his arrest,
(Pg. 20-22) which was later rejected by the Session judge in the Order- ABP No. 1377 of
2022.
05/06/2023 The Petitioner approached the Patna High Court for grant of anticipatory bail,
but the High Court vide its Impugned Order- Crl. Misc. No. 18248 of 2023,
rejected the application of the Petitioner.
15/07/2023 Hence, the present the Special Leave Petition.
