1. The schedule of duties for ROD is 12 days per month from 7:00AM to 7:00PM. During night
shift the ROD is “on call”.
3. Schedules for Out Patient is from 8:00AM to 5:00PM from Monday to Friday.
4. For Medico Legal cases a Police Request is required before releasing the Medico Legal
Certificate.
6. Any concerns regarding patient management always refer to the Chief of Hospital or Clinical
Practice Guidelines.
7. Medicines prescribed must be approved by the Philippine National Drug Formulary. All
medicines prescribed should be written in their generic name.
8. Accomplished Daily Time Record must be submitted to the Administrative Office before the
end of duty.
10. Every January ROD must submit cedula, PDS and SALN.
15. The ROD must attend the OMH anniversary, Christmas Party and Quarterly meeting
16. The ROD must wear the prescribed uniform with white coat and I.D.
