Dear MsTurner.

In our telephone conversation yesterday, we discussed to conduct our meeting at

Arrowhead East Center. I would like to confirm those plans.

The dates of the meeting are September 15-17 th. The hours are 11.00 AM to 08.00 PM.
Fifty people will be attending. We will need a total of five smaller room.

As we discussed, we will have a one Computer Projection System and one Monitor/VCR
in each room, and we will need one flipchart in each room.

On September 17th we will have a lunch, and September 16th we will have a dinner. On
September 16th we have a breakfast.

I would also appreciate receiving the meeting projected costs. Could you fax or email me
your cost projections by March 28st ? I will give you final confirmation of our reservation
by close-of-business on the 28st.

I want to thank you for your help in planning our meeting. I look forward to meeting you
next week when I come to look over your facilities.
