INTRODUCTION
Our project is on Newspaper. HTML and CSS is used in this project. The
newspaper project aimed to create a platform for disseminating news
and information to the community in a timely and accessible manner.
The project involved the creation of a digital and/or print newspaper that
covers local, national, and international news, as well as features on
various topics such as politics, economics, culture, sports, and
entertainment.
INTRODUCTION TO HTML AND CSS

HTML - HTML, or Hyper Text Markup Language, is the standard
language used to create and design web pages. It forms the backbone of
any web page, providing the structure and content organization that web
browsers use to render pages. It uses tags to structure content, define
headings, paragraphs, links, images, and more. HTML documents
consist of <head> and <body> sections, where <head> contains meta-
information and <body> holds the visible content. Tags are enclosed in
angle brackets, like <tagname>, and attributes provide additional
information.
CSS - CSS, or Cascading Style Sheets, is the language used to style and
format HTML documents on the web. It controls the appearance of
elements like text, images, and layout. With CSS, you can define colors,
fonts, spacing, and more, separate from the HTML content. CSS
selectors target specific elements, and declarations define their styles. It
enables responsive design for various screen sizes and devices and can
be applied externally, internally, or inline within HTML documents.
INTRODUCTION TO NEWSPAPER
Newspaper is a printed media and one of the oldest forms of mass
communication in the world. Newspaper publications are frequency-
based like daily, weekly, fortnightly. Also, there are many newspaper
bulletins which have monthly or quarterly publication. Sometimes there
are multiple editions in a day. A newspaper contains news articles from
around the world on different topics like politics, sports, entertainment,
business, education, culture and more. The newspaper also contains
opinion and editorial columns, weather forecasts, political cartoons,
crosswords, daily horoscopes, public notices and more.
ADVANTAGES OF ONLINE NEWSPAPER

1. Instant updates: Online newspapers can provide instant updates on
breaking news and current events as they happen. This means that
readers can access the latest news without having to wait for the
next day’s print edition.
2. Wider reach: Online news papers can reach a global audience,
unlike print editions, which are typically limited to a local or
regional readership. This makes online newspapers a valuable
source of information for people living in different parts of the
world.
3. Cost-effective: Online newspapers are often free to access, which
makes them a cost-effective alternative to print editions. This is
particularly useful for people who want to keep up with the news
but cannot afford to buy a newspaper every day.
