stage for today's dialogue.
For a brief overview of today’s
activity, (presentation slide of
Program Flow) we will first have
various presentations on
understanding how the LGUs in
Region 9 will be able to align their
development needs and goals to
the appropriate interventions.
Followed by breakout sessions, in-
depth discussions, group
presentation, and synthesis to
encapsulate the different
narratives that will—hopefully—
