Read:-1. The APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015 Rule 31, and Amendment of sec.
31 by para 8 of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2018.
2. Minutes of the 23rd meeting of the Board of Governors held on 26/02/2024 vide item no.GB-
023-003.

ORDER

Vide paper read (1) as above, as per Section 31 of the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological Act, 2015, and as per
the subsequent amendment in the act (para 8), the constitution of the Academic Council is to be done by the
Board of Governors every two academic years.

Vide paper read as (2) above, the Board of Governors resolved to nominate the following persons to the
Academic Council of the University against the category noted below: The persons nominated from among
the list of three persons each, proposed by the Vice Chancellor vide 31(2)(iii) and (iv) of the Act read as (1),
are noted below as sl nos. (4) to (11).
