AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER

I, STEPHEN F. STREEGAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy 3, Vintar,
Ilocos Norte, Philippines after having duly sowrn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That I am the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. 3, San Pedro Vintar, Ilocos
Norte designated as Lot No. 396-P, CAD 577-D with Tax Declaration No. 20-0002-00067 with an area of
47 sq. meters RESIDENTIAL LOT;

That I hereby WAIVE, CEDE, RENOUNCE and RELINQUISH all my rights,

participation, shares and interest over the aforementioned lot in favor of my son LAWRENCE A.
STREEGAN, of legal age, single, and a resident of Brgy. 3, Vintar, Ilocos Norte, Philippines;

That I hereby warrant and defend the rights, ownership and peaceful possession of
LAWRENCE A. STREEGAN over the said lot against any unlawful claim of any other person
whomsoever;

That I hold myself solely responsible for any criminal or civil liability that may arise
herefrom if the statements are found untrue or false;

That I am executing this affidavit of waiver to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
without having been coerced or intimidated as I have done this with my own free act, will and
deed.
