Dear Parent/Caregivers and Students

Year 7-9 End of Year Arrangements

This letter is to inform you about end of year procedures for year 7-9 students in the Middle Campus. Regular classes
were held until Monday 11 December and students presenting Roundtables has occurred on Tuesday 12 December.

On Wednesday 13 and Thursday 14 December students will participate in a series of End of Year Activities provided
by staff who have nominated to take activities based on student interests. Students have nominated to participate in
each of the five different sessions offered and these are available for viewing through their Daymap.

On Friday 15 December students will be involved in a whole school assembly in the morning followed by the Roma’s
Got Talent Concert.

Students will be dismissed at 12.30pm on the last day of term and buses have been arranged to arrive early at
this dismissal time.

End of year reports will be available on Daymap on Monday 18 December by 4.00pm. If you require details about how
to access your child’s report via Daymap, please ring Ian Moore, Data Manager on 8161 4600.

On Monday 29 January 2024, all Year 7 & 12 students will start school on this day. Students in Years 8, 9, 10 & 11 will
start on Wednesday 1 February 2024.

If you have any concerns or require further details, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Yungkurrinthi Marni
teacher or relevant Learning Community Leader on 8161 4600.
