The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija, through the Sports and Manpower Development Services, as
part of its effort to promote social awareness through sports, will be conducting the “2023 Governor
Aurelio “OYIE” M. Umali Inter-Town Women’s Volleyball League”. This aims to ingrain the
development of skills and instill values to our youth such as cooperation, solidarity and respect, all of
which are essential for the development of peaceful and cohesive communities.

In line with this, may we cordially invite your presence in the opening program of the tournament on the
20th of October, 2023 at the Nueva Ecija Coliseum in Singalat, Palayan City at 8:00 in the morning.

We believe that your unwavering support and participation in the said event will bring together
individuals from different backgrounds who can connect and build meaningful relationships, serve as a
platform for the development of the youth, and discovery of new talents who can showcase their potential
on the bigger stage.
