Circular for Deworming Campaign

Dear Parents,
The school is planning to implement a Deworming Program for its learners within the school
premises for a week. As per the directions from the Directorate of Education, Albendazole
tablet (400mg) will be administered to the students of classes Pre-School to XII in the presence
of the Class Teacher from 23rd to 30th April 2024 in the school premises. In case of any medical
history of the child, mention the same in the consent form.
A Consent form for the same has been attached with the circular. Kindly acknowledge it and
send it back at the earliest. We hope to gain your whole hearted support and co-operation for
the good health and welfare of your ward.
