 MZ-163 투과율 측정기는 태양광 필름, 스틱 필름 유리 및 기타 재료의 가시광선
투과율, IR 차단(투과) 값 및 UV 차단(투과) 값을 동시에 측정할 수 있는

조작
1. 전원 켜기/끄기
•전원 켜기 자체 테스트: " " 버튼을 짧게 눌러 측정기의 전원을 켭니다.
전원을 켜기 전에는 테스트 샘플을 테스트 슬롯에 놓지 마십시오.
그러면 자체 교정을 완료할 수 없습니다. 일련 번호, 버전 번호가
인터페이스에 표시되며, 측정기는 3초 후에 측정 인터페이스로 들어갑니다.
측정기는 설정 매개변수에 따라 해당 측정 인터페이스를 표시합니다.

•수동 종료: " " 버튼을 3초 동안 길게 눌러 측정기의 전원을 끕니다.

•자동 종료: 아무 조작 없이 3분 후에는 측정기의 전원이 자동으로 꺼집니다.

2. 매개변수 설정
•꺼진 상태에서 " " 버튼을 3초 동안 눌러 매개변수 설정 모드로 들어갑니다.

•언어: 버튼을 짧게 눌러 중국어 또는 영어를 선택하고 2초 동안 길게 눌러

옵션을 확인하며 다음 설정 항목으로 들어갑니다.

•디스플레이 항목
" " 버튼을 짧게 눌러 매개변수를 선택하며, " " 버튼을 2초 동안 길게
눌러 매개변수를 확인합니다. 이제 측정기가 측정 인터페이스로 들어갑니다.
선택적 매개변수는 다음과 같습니다.
A. UVR/IRR/VLT(디폴트 옵션): UVR(UV 차단), IRR(IR 차단),
VLT(가시광선 투과율)가 인터페이스에 표시됩니다.
B. UVT/IRT/VLT: UVT(UV 투과), IRT(IR 투과), VLT(가시광선 투과)가
인터페이스에 표시됩니다.
C. VLT: VLT(가시광선 투과)만 인터페이스에 표시됩니다.

 3. 조작
•측정 상태에서 샘플을 테스트할 때, " " 버튼을 짧게 눌러 데이터를
유지하면 인터페이스의 왼쪽 하단 모서리에 "HOLD" 기호가 표시됩니다.
" " 버튼을 다시 짧게 누르면 측정기가 측정 상태로 돌아갑니다.
•"HOLD" 상태에서 백라이트가 꺼져 있으면, " " 버튼을 짧게 눌러
백라이트를 켭니다. 백라이트가 켜져 있으면 "HOLD" 상태를 취소하고
새로운 측정을 시작합니다.

4. 디스플레이 인터페이스 자동 회전
•측정기 디스플레이 인터페이스가 적절하게 회전하여 측정 데이터를 읽는데
편리합니다. 인터페이스는 아래와 같이 표시됨.

5. 백라이트 자동 점등
•측정 상태에서 백라이트가 꺼져 있을 때 테스트 샘플을 슬롯에 넣으면
백라이트가 자동으로 켜지고 30초 후에 아무 조작 없으면 다시 꺼집니다.

6. 저전력 경보
•배터리 전원이 부족하면 빈 배터리 기호 " "가 화면 오른쪽 하단에 표시
되고 깜박이며 배터리를 교체해야 함을 나타냅니다.

3. 디스플레이 인터페이스가 적절하게 회전하여 측정 데이터를 읽는데 편리합니다.
4. 전원을 켠 후 자동으로 자가 교정되는 실시간 동적 자가 교정 기능을 갖추고
있습니다.
5. 세 가지 디스플레이 인터페이스를 선택할 수 있습니다.
(UVR/IRR/VLT, UVT/IRT/VLT 및 VLT)
6. 초저전력 소비, 4개의 AAA 알칼리 배터리로 100시간 이상 연속 측정 가능
7. UV 차단 측정기, IR 차단 측정기, 광 투과율 측정기 하나의 장치에 세 가지 기능
8. 간단한 조작, 테스트 샘플을 테스트 슬롯에 넣으면 샘플의 UV 차단, IR 차단,
가시광선 투과율 값이 동시 표시
9. 태양광 필름, 스틱 필름 유리 및 기타 재료 성능 표시, 생산, 품질 검사 및
기타 상황에 적용 가능

예방 조치
1. 측정기가 전원 켜기 자체 교정을 완료할 수 없으면, 인터페이스에 "E30"
메시지가 표시됩니다.
가능한 원인:
A. 주변 조명이 너무 강합니다.
B. 테스트 샘플이 테스트 슬롯에 있으면, 테스트 샘플을 꺼내고 측정기를
다시 켜십시오.
C. 먼지가 테스트 구멍으로 들어가 있으면, 먼지 블로어로 먼지를 날려 버립니다.
D. 측정기에 하드웨어 오류가 있으며, 유지보수를 위해 공장으로 보내야 합니다.
2. 측정기를 사용하지 않을 때는 전원을 끄십시오.
3. 부식성 물질과의 접촉 및 고온 다습한 환경을 피하십시오.
4. 장시간 사용 후, LED 광원의 광효율
(LED 광원의 온도가 상승하면 효율이 저하됨)로 인해 테스트 샘플이 없을 때
UVR, IRR, VLT 데이터가 “0.0, 0.0, 100"로 표시되지 않거나 VLT, UVT, IRT가
"100, 100, 100"으로 표시되지 않을 수도 있습니다. 이 때에는 측정기를 껐다가
다시 시작하면 측정기가 자체 테스트 및 자체 교정되며, 측정 정확도와
측정기의 정상적인 사용에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다

 MZ-163 transmission meter is a portable light transmission measuring instrument, it’s able
to simultaneously measure the visible light transmittance, IR rejection (transmission) value and
UV rejection (transmission) value of solar film, stick-film glass and other materials.

Operation
1. Power On/Off
• Power on self-test : Short press the “ ” button to power on the meter.
The test sample can’t be placed in the test slot before powering on otherwise
the self-calibration can’t be completed. The serial number, version number will be displayed
on the interface and the meter will enter into the measurement interface after 3s.
The meter displays the corresponding measurement interface according to
the setting parameters.

• Manual shutdown : Long press the “ ” button for 3s to power off the meter.

• Auto shutdown : The meter will automatically power off after 3 minutes without any operation.

2. Parameter Setting
• In the off state, long press the “ ” button for 3s and enter into the parameter setting mode.

• Language : Short press the button to select Chinese or English, long press for 2s to confirm
the option and enter the next setting item.

• Display Item
Short press the “ ” button to select the parameters and long press the “ ” button for 2s
to confirm the parameters. Now the meter enters into the measurement interface.
Optional parameters are as following:
A. UVR/IRR/VLT (default option): UVR (UV rejection), IRR (IR rejection),
VLT (Visible light transmittance) are displayed on the interface.
B. UVT/IRT/VLT: UVT (UV transmission), IRT (IR transmission), VLT (Visible light transmittance)
are displayed on the interface.
C. VLT: Only VLT (Visible light transmittance) is displayed on the interface.

 3. Operation
• When we test the sample in the measurement state, short press the “ ” button to hold
the data, the “HOLD” symbol will be displayed on the lower left corner on the interface.
Short press the “ ” button again, the meter will return to the measurement state.

• In the “HOLD” state, if the backlight is off, short press the “ ” button to light up the
backlight. If the backlight is on, it will cancel the “HOLD” state and start a new measurement.

4. Display interface autorotation

The meter display interface will rotate adaptively, which is convenient for reading
measurement data. The interface shown as below:

5. Backlight auto lit

• In the measurement state, if the backlight is off, the backlight will be automatically on
when the test sample is placed in the slot and be off again without any operation after 30s.

6. Low power alarm

• When the battery power is low, the empty battery symbol will display as " " on
the right bottom of the screen and flash, indicating that the battery needs to be replaced.

1. Test slot is 6mm which can directly test the window glass.
2. Adopt LCD dot matrix with backlight which can be used without lights.
3. The display interface will rotate adaptively which is convenient for reading measurement data.
4. Equipped with real-time dynamic self-calibration function, which is automatically self-calibrated
after powering on.
5. Three display interfaces can be selected. (UVR/IRR/VLT, UVT/IRT/VLT and VLT)
6. Ultra-low power consumption, 4 AAA alkaline batteries can maintain continuous
measurement for more than 100 hours
7. UV rejection meter, IR rejection meter, light transmittance meter. Three functions in ONE device.
8. Simple operation, putting the testing sample in the test slot, UV rejection, IR rejection,
visible light transmittance values of the sample will be displayed simultaneously.
9. Applicable to solar film, stick-film glass and other materials performance exhibition,
production, quality inspection and other occasions.

Precaution
1. When the meter can’t complete power on self-calibration, the interface will prompt “E30”.
Possible causes:
A. The ambient light is too strong.
B. Test sample is placed in the test slot, just take away the test sample and turn on the meter again.
C. Dust enters the test hole and blown off the dust with a dust blower.
D. The meter has hardware failures and needs to be returned to the factory for maintenance.
2. When the meter is not in use, turn off the power.
3. Avoid to contact with corrosive materials and be away from high temperature and high
humidity environment.
4. After using for a long time, due to the luminous efficiency of the LED light source
(the temperature of the LED light source increases, the efficiency decreases), the data of UVR,
IRR and VLT may not be displayed as “0.0, 0.0, 100” when there is no test sample or VLT, UVT ,IRT
may not be displayed as “100, 100, 100” . At this time, turn off the meter and then restart it ,
the meter will self-test and self-calibrate, the measurement accuracy and normal use of
the meter will not be affected.

use for a period of ONE year from the date of retail purchase.
•This warranty does NOT cover damages caused by misuse or abuse, including but not
limited to:
Failure caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications;
Damage caused by shock or drop during transportation;
Failure caused by improper operation inconsistent with the instructions stated in this user
manual;
Malfunction or damage from failure to provide the recommended maintenance;
Damage caused by improper use of power supply.
•Should this device require maintenance (or replacement at our option) under warranty,
please deliver the original package to CAS prepaid. Please return the store receipt
(with the retail purchase date) and a note with reasons to return on it as well.
