Benefits and Incentives of ZED
Women Owned MSMEsAny number of Units (owned by Women) registered under one Udyam
cost of Certification, with the maximum ceiling of subsidy being Rs. 50,000/-.

Stall Charges subject to a maximum of Rs. 4.00 lakh or actual rent paid, whichever is lower

5. Freight charges under International Cooperation (IC) Scheme
Actuals subject to maximum of Rs. 50,000/- + Rs. 15,000/- per MSME unit and Rs. 75,000/- + Rs.
15,000/- per MSME for Latin American Countries.
6. Joining Reward of Rs. 10,000/-
Joining reward of Rs. 10,000/- will be offered to each MSME once they take the ZED Pledge which
needs to be utilized within a defined time period. This joining reward may be used by an applicant
MSME only once while applying for a ZED Certi?cation (Bronze, Silver, Gold). This joining reward
will be valid only for 1 year after taking the ZED Pledge.
7. Subsidy on Cost of ZED Certification (80%, 60% & 50% for Micro, Small and
Medium Enterprises, respectively)
Any number of Units registered under one Udyam Registration can apply for subsidy under this
Scheme. Each Unit (under one Udyam Registration) will need to apply for Certification separately to
avail subsidy/benefits/incentives. 80%, 60% & 50% for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises,
respectively.
13. Waiver on Processing Fees and Interest Rate for MSMEs in Assam, Arunachal
Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, West Bengal
(Only North Bengal) States
Processing Fees Waiver would be Rs. 0.20%, Interest Rate Waiver would be Rs. 0.20%
14. Waiver in processing fees
25% concession in processing fee is being provided to MSME clients post submission of ZED
Certificate.
15. Concession on the pricing
0.5% concession on the Processing Fees and Rate of interest
16. Reduction in Processing fee
50% reduction in processing fee for all loan proposals from ZED certified units
17. Reduction in interest rate
1% reduction from standard interest rate for ZED Certified Units
30. Concession in opplicable processing charges ond Rate of interest (RoI) for ZERO
DEFECT ZERO EFFECT (ZED) Certified MSMEs
15% Concession in Processing Charges and 35 bps (0.35%) concession in rate of interest (ROI)

35. Freight Assistance
The freight assistance to the extent of 1% of Free on Board (FOB) value or actual freight excluding
government fee and taxes on transportation of goods from place of manufacture to the seaport/ air
cargo/ by road up to international border, whichever is less and maximum up to INR 10 lakh in ‘C’
and ‘D’ category blocks and INR 5 lakh in ‘A’ and ‘B’ category blocks per annum to new exporting
micro and small enterprises with turnover less than INR 10 crore and having ZED certification,
located anywhere in the State.

39. One-time reimbursement of 50% of investment
In Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme, 2019 [ Clause 5.15 (e) ] there is a Provision of "One-
time reimbursement of 50% of Investment made on plant and machinery and testing equipments for
obtaining Sliver or Gold or Diamond or Platinum rating under Zero Defect and Zero Effect
Certification Scheme of Government of India, subject to maximum of rupees five lakh.

48. Assistance for ZED Certification
Assistance for ZED Certification: Assistance will be given @ 50% of all charges on the amount after
deducting the assistance received from GoI for ZED Certification up-to maximum amount of Rs.
1,00,000/- for new and existing units.

85. Quality Certification
75% reimbursement of the total expenditure incurred for obtaining certification and logistics charges
thereof subject to a maximum of INR 5 lakhs per certification for obtaining ISO/ HACCP/ BSI/
WHO-GMP/ ZED/TS/ Hallmark certifications and INR 10 lakhs per certification for other country
specific certifications and would be in addition to the support being provided by Government of
India.

86. Assistance for Export Credit Guarantee Corporation Scheme
Reimbursement @50% of premium paid on insurance max upto INR 1.5 lakh per annum per unit for
Micro and Small units for 05 years having ZED certification
