Candidates Responsibilities will include:

 Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and
delivery teams
 Manage relationships with vendors and third-party suppliers
 Champion thought leadership for the process architecture and develop options for improving and updating
current capability.
 Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with
relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
 Act as an escalation, advice, and decision-making point for Pega Case Management.
 Review and contribute to all reference architecture and Platform initiatives which impact or involve Pega.
 Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, directions, and best practices.
 Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
 Provide specialized expertise and development using Java, JEE and Pega Platform
 Analysing systems to provide system support and recommendations for
 development.
 Developing Unit Testing framework and automating System Testing.
 Ensure effective engagement with stakeholders for the provision of system support.
 Expert troubleshooting of implementation, environment and deployment issues.

Candidate Profile

 2 to 8+ years of experience in building, designing Pega applications.

 Experience in designing and developing Pega BPM applications using Pega.
 Experience with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC,
and Iterative) strongly preferred.
 Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skill
 Excellent track record of delivery within large projects
 Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
 Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management).
 Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA,
Correspondence, SingleSignOn, External Authentication,
PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc.
 Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified System Architect (Mandatory)
CLSA Pega certification (Nice to have)
