JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF NON-OPERATION

We, ANGELITO M. DE VERA and HAYLEY M. DE VERA, both of legal age, Filipino, the duly
elected and qualified President and Treasurer, respectively of DVS Properties and Leasing Corporation
(the "Corporation"), a corporation organized and existing under Philippine laws, with office address at
De Vera Place Roman Highway, Mt. View Village, Mariveles, Bataan, hereby depose and state that:

1. The Corporation was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
on January 3, 2022.

2. The Corporation has not commenced business operations from the time of its incorpo-
ration up to the present and therefore does not have Audited Financial Statements for
years 2022 and 2023.

3. This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing.
