2.1 TYPE OF BUSINESS

Hotdog Delights is a food establishment that uses raw materials to produce and serve new products and
services to the customers. It is a partnership form of business which is owned by more than one
entrepreneurs. The owners of the business are the ones that are responsible for creating new decisions
and strategies that will surely make the business more profitable. They are also the ones that formulates
solutions to the problems that they might encounter while running the business. Moreover, thHhue
profit that the business gains go directly to the owners. Fairly, they will divide the profit by themselves.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

 Oversees daily business operations.

 Analyzes opportunity and financial data.
 Responsible for finding or hiring staffs and training them
 Evaluates the performances and productiveness of the
staffs.
 Develops and implements growth strategies

 Generates reports and gives presentations.
General Manager
 Researches and identifies growth opportunities.
 Creates and manages budget.

 Tracks the stock of foods, supplies, equipments, and

forecasts needs.
Restaurant Manager
 Oversees the orders of the customers if necessary.
 Ensures that all employees are working within the outlined
operating standards.
 Adresses customers needs, comments, and complaints
 Adheres to and enforces employee compliance with health,
safety and sanitation standards.
 Processes payroll and maintaining all relevant records.

 Provides financial reports.

 Interprets financial information to managerial staff and
recommends further courses of action.
 Maintains the financial health of the organization.

2.3 JOB DESCRIPTION

 Responsible for overseeing and reconciling financial transactions.

location.
 Reviews the orders before the delivery to ensure that the items

Security Guard  Ensures the safety of the staffs, customers and the public.

2.6 SALES AND PROMOTION AND BUDGET

1. Use of Social Media Platforms - To add more background information about the
business and its place the company will use various social media platforms. Without
even visiting the company, the customers can access the place using the company's
websites and social media accounts. This will help to reach a large quantity of
people about the newly built establishment via online.

2. Create Loyalty Gifts/Programs- For the customers to be convinced to visit the place
for the second time, the business will offer different promotions. If the customers
will buy products from the business numerous times, they will be given a loyalty
card for a chance to be picked on the raffle promos or programs of the company. In
this way, the business will make a good image and relationship with their
customers.
3. Host Events- it will create more meaningful and longer lasting relationship

with thecustomers.These events will surely entertain and satisfy the customers by
adding and presenting different twists.
4. Distribute Flyers- distributing fliers will help to advertise the business to a large
number of customers. The flyers will contain the information about the business anf

containg certain objectives. Also, knowing the task that must be done to achieve the goal
and calculating the estimated cost for the task.
2. Affordable or Fund Available Method- Specifically, this is not the method for setting
advertising method. This method is according to how large is the capacity of the company to
spend. The said spending is based on the advertising program.
3. Percentage of Sale Method - This method is widely known as the most commonly used
when it comes to the setting of advertising budget. In this method, the quantity of the
advertising budget will be based on the sales of the company
