+ Nếu chữ số thứ nhất là 9, ta viết được các số: 93, 96
Vậy Ben có thể viết được 6 số.

Choose 2 digits, without repetition, from 1, 0, 3 and 9 to form two-digit
numbers. How many even numbers are there?
Chọn hai chữ số khác nhau từ các chữ số 1, 0, 3 và 9 để tạo thành số có
hai chữ số. Hỏi có thể tạo được bao nhiêu số chẵn?

Muốn tạo được số chẵn, chữ số tận cùng phải là 0.

Vậy ta viết được các số: 10, 30, 90
Answer: 3
