Regrettably, I find myself in financial distress, making it challenging to meet the regular instalments.
Consequently, I am seeking a financial settlement for the associated loan account pertaining to be a

any property under my name or in my possession without my prior permission shall constitutes to an
offense of CRIMINAL TRESPASS under Section 441 of the Indian Penal Code 1860, punishable by
law under section 447 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.

Additionally, as per established RBI guidelines and subsequent Supreme Court Precedent of 2008,
Debt Recovery Agents (DRAs) are prohibited from visiting the customer time and again or contacting
and harassing individuals such as Family, Friends, Relatives, and Colleagues.

However, In the event of a physical meeting requirement, I hereby specify a preferred location:
