ID Number assigned to ARB based on ARBOLD Form 1

Refers to complete Name of ARBO where the ARB is an active member. If the ARB
is affiliated to more than one organization, both name of organizations shall be
included in Column 3

Refers to latest rating of ARBO on ITEMA (Level 1 to 5 including No ITEMA Rating

including No ITEMA Rating)

If there are more than one individual ARB mentioned in Column 3 are members
of/affiliated to the same ARBO (mentioned in Column 5), the ITEMA rating of said
ARBO will be encoded only once.

Refers to the type of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) based on tenurial

instrument issued/awarded by DAR (EP Holder, CLOA Holder, Leaseholder).

This also include ARB Household Member (by first affinity) actually tilling the awarded

physically challenged concern. If the latter is the current situation of the ARB, the name
