Dentalization.

 Dentalization is the process where by the place of articulation for alveolar sound
/t, d, n, s, z, l/ moves from the alveolar ridge and the tongue tip is placed at the
bottom of the upper, front teeth instead. It is represented by a mark [ ̪̪]
 This occurs in anticipation of /θ/ or /ð/

 Dentalization occurs - within a morpheme

e.g.: Health [he l̪θ]
Filth [fɪl̪θ]
- across morpheme boundary (within a word)
e.g.: Tenth [ten̪θ]
Unthinkable [ʌn̪ˈθɪŋ.kə.bəl]
- across word boundary
e.g.: Tell them [tel̪ðəm]
Get those [ɡet̪ðəʊz]

=> Alveolar sound become dentalizied before dentals.
