Subject: Complaint Regarding Refusal to Accept an Application For

Intervention Along With An Application Seeking Clarification of
the order dated 09.10.2018 passed by this Hon’ble Court in WP (c)
No. 13029/1985

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my concern with the treatment received at the filing

counter of the Supreme Court of India on 22.07.2023. On that day, advocates
from my office attempted to submit an urgent Interlocutory Application before
the scheduled hearing in WP (c) No. 13029/1985 on 24.07.2023.
Unfortunately, we faced an unwarranted refusal to accept the application,
which was unjust, especially in light of the urgency of the matter.

On 22.07.2023, before 11 AM, my clerk as well as junior advocates visited the

filing counter to submit the Interlocutory Application, as the matter was listed
for an urgent hearing on 24 July 2023. The refusal to accept the application
has caused significant delay and may prejudice my client's rights. The filing
counter personnel refused to accept the application, citing a requirement to
separate the application for intervention along with an application seeking
clarification first.

The refusal to accept the application has caused severe prejudice to my client's
interests, as it directly affected their right to timely access to justice.

Under these circumstances, I respectfully urge your goodself to kindly

investigate the matter and ascertain as to whether such requirements of
separating applications are at all required.
