Dear Participant,

My name is Jadon Ciappara, and I am part of a group of MCAST students conducting research as
part of our Entrepreneurship project through which we will be generating a business idea
aimed to understand preferences for group entertainment activities in Malta, focusing on
innovative experiences that create lasting memories.
You are being invited to take part in this research. This survey is anonymous; therefore, please
do not insert your name, e-mail address, or any other personal information that could reveal
your identity. We are not requesting any personal data that could identify you. Any information
submitted will be used only for the scope of this study and will not be passed on to third
parties. The survey instrument will not collect IP addresses.

There are no known risks or hazards associated with participating in this survey. Participation in
this study is entirely voluntary. You are free to accept or refuse to participate without needing
to provide a reason.

This survey is intended for respondents aged 18 years or older and should take 5 minutes to
complete. Please do not answer the survey more than once!
