Dear Ma'am Vivien,

Hey there, I've been in your situation also and that's currently happening to me
now, but the difference of us is that I don't feel like I'm tired at all and I also get enough
of sleep, I just really goes to school late because I'm such a slow person and sometimes the
reasons why I am late is because I'm taking care of my mother but that's not really the
case because most of the time I really can't manage my time preparing myself to go to
school but I am trying my best to not be late anymore.

Well, if you're having a hard time to sleep at night, I would advice you to lessen
your time that you spend on your phone because it can really affect your sleep. For me,
the most effective way to sleep at night is to spend your time reading a book or just listen
to your favorite music or divert your attention or divert your mind into thinking some
things like your future and in that way your mind will slowly make you sleepy. These
techniques work for me and there's nothing wrong if you'll try this too! I hope this will
help you.

One technique that I also can give you is to make your self tired all day, and please
tired yourself in a good way and do not abuse it, just make it as your exercise and when
the night comes your body will get tired and will be the reason why you get so sleepy like
you just want to rest for the rest of your life. By successfully doing this, also practice
yourself to wake up early, like push your mind or always put in your mind that you need
to get up because there's a lot of things out there that you need to do. Always put to your
mind that your success rely on you, waking up early.
