Professional Experience:
I have total experience of 7 years 6 Months in commissioning, startup of construction
activities, maintenance of all types of Analyzers, smart and pneumatic Instruments and expertise
field of modification, trouble shooting, benchmark and field calibration of all Instruments &
Analyzers.

Worked as an Analyzer Technician in Al-Jubail Petrochemical

Company (KEMYA). A Sabic ExxonMobil Joint Venture, Jubail Saudi Arabia through JAL
INTERNATIONAL CO since February 2012 to August 2017.

Worked in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd Barauni oil Refinery as Instrument Technician
and Maintenance Department from October ’2009 to December ’2011 Work Location: Barauni
Expansion Project (CRU, AVU, SRU) capacity 9.0 million tons and maintenance of thermal
power station (steam and gas turbine), DM water & waste water plant, LPG, CRU, AVU, and
cockers unit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

➢ Following plant safety rules & regulations.

➢ Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit,
Hot work permit, Confined Space Entry permits
➢ Trouble Shooting and provide assistance to operation crew in their problems related to
Process controls, Analyzer and instruments.
➢ Independently handle Shift coverage for Analyzer Maintenance technician
➢ Doing normal PM, Quality critical PM& Safety critical PM as per analyzer maintenance procedure.

➢ Preparing the completed job documents as per SAP system

➢ Well-known with the Plant Running, Preventive, Breakdown and Corrective maintenance

➢ Installation & Calibration of different types of the Modern Smart Electronics, Analyzers
And Instruments.
➢ loop checking and functional logic checking of all types of field instruments
➢ To check and monitor all process control and analyzer equipment’s during the shift
➢ Lead temporary workers in shutdown for the execution of all jobs within a short period
➢ Analyzer sampling system tubing , modification and maintenance
➢ Reading and Understanding Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings,
& Hook up drawings.
