The Aztecs were interesting in fact at sacrifices The Aztecs would take a

decorated dagger and grimily rip the bleeding heart out of the screaming
person and would lift the heart up to the sky to offer to their gods. They
also had lots of gold that the Spanish eventually (what took them so long)
stole but the thing is it is just a piece of metal that is useless that society
praises just because it is rare. And they also worshiped a lot of gods (to
many!) here they are:Quetzalcoatl,Huītzilō pō chtli, Tezcatlipoca, Tlā loc,
Chalchiuhtlicue, Xō chiquetzal, Xipe Totec, Mictlantecuhtli, Centeō tl, Mayahuel,
Cō ā tlīcue, Tlaltecuhtli, Xolotl, Mixcoatl, Xō chipilli, Tepoztēcatl, Tō natiuh, Ixtlilton,
Chicomecō ā tl,Centzon Tō tō chtin,Chantico,Tlā huizcalpantecuhtli,Xiuhtecuhtli,
Patecatl.

After that extensive list let us talk about why they were so important to
society well there are lots of reason firstly they introduced many tactics
for military and even introduced a calendar of 18 months (WOW!) but
apart from that they made many buildings which tell us about their
history.

The Egyptians
Egyptians are an ethnic group originating in the Nile Valley in Egypt.
Egyptian identity is closely tied to geography. The population is
concentrated in the Nile Valley, a small strip of cultivable land
stretching from the First Cataract to the Mediterranean and enclosed
by desert both to the east and to the west.

the civilization of ancient Egypt began in the Nile River valley of

northeastern Africa. Ancient Egypt was one of the world's first
civilizations. It is also one of the most famous civilizations in history.
The ancient Egyptians built huge pyramids, temples, palaces, and
tombs. The ancient Egyptians believed that when they died their
spiritual body would continue to exist in an afterlife terribly like their
living world. However, entry into this afterlife was not guaranteed.
The dead had to negotiate a dangerous underworld journey and face
the final judgment before they were granted access. In the social
pyramid of ancient Egypt, the pharaoh and those associated with
divinity were at the top, and servants and slaves made up the bottom.
The Egyptians also elevated some human beings to gods. Their
leaders, called pharaohs, were believed to be gods in human form.
They had absolute power over their subjects. Artifacts have supplied
essential clues about life in ancient Egypt. Ancient Egyptians believed
in an afterlife and buried the dead with things they would need to live
on in the afterlife. As a result, the tombs of ancient Egypt supply a
wealth of artifacts that give insight into the culture.
The Greeks
The Greeks came into the picture at around the 9th to 12th
centuries BC and unfortunately ended in 600 AD. But there
were many gods and goddess who are remarkably interesting
due to their stories about each of them here are their names:
Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Hestia and Demeter, Hades, and later
Apollo, Artemis, Hermes, Athena, Hephaestus, Aphrodite, and
Ares. Their religions and ethics however included their gods
and their views on the world the also, unlike other Religions
E.G who celebrated only the gods and sacrifices.

The Hebrews

The Hebrews, a people who first created a kingdom in the ancient

land of Canaan, were among the most important cultures of the
western world, comparable to the ancient Greeks or Romans. Unlike
the Greeks and Romans, the ancient Hebrews were not known for
being scientists, philosophers, or conquerors. Monotheist means that
you only believe in one God and that you can only be faithful to that
god. Yahweh, name for the God of the Israelites, representing the
biblical pronunciation of “YHWH,” the Hebrew name revealed to
Moses in the book of Exodus. The name YHWH, consisting of the
sequence of consonants Yod, Heh, Waw, and Heh. The Sanhedrin. In
Roman Judea, Jewish communities were governed by rabbinical
courts known as Sanhedrin. Lesser Sanhedrin composed of 23 judges
were appointed to each city, while a Great Sanhedrin with 71 judges
was the highest authority, taking cases appealed from the lower
courts. The predominant views contained in the Hebrew Bible are
from an elite, Jerusalemite perspective. Archaeology brings to light
the everyday experiences and diversity of the region, especially in
terms of status and culture.
