Our interview happened on October 5 and October 8. There are many things that
we experienced and we know. We were able to interview three Filipino employees who we
encountered on our weekend trip.

The first employee that we interviewed is Mr. Mark Jeason Monda, 27 years old and
currently working at Dunkin Donut, San Ildefonso, Bulacan. His work is like multitasking
because he’s the only employee that we see at that time, he’s in charge of collecting orders
and processing orders but he manages it well. This is one of the ones I chose to interview
because he is the one I pass by on my way home from school and at the same time I had a
snack there. I asked him a few questions and he answered them all. He has been working
here for 4 years but he has plans to change jobs. When I finished interviewing him I spent a
few days interviewing him again with another employee in another place.

The second one is Mr. Andrei Joshua Valdez, 20 years of age. Currently working at
Landers Superstore in Angeles, Pampanga. He’s in charge at the Free Taste booth and he’s
quite new in his job, that’s why his answers are not that complete. I was able tere find people
who took his attention but he answered all my questions.

The last but not the least is Ms. Samn Cruz, 27 years of existence. Happy and Contented
working at Lala’s Garden Cafe in Angeles, Pampanga. I assume that she has excellent skills
and leadership among his colleagues because based on her, she is promoted as their
manager and it’s obviously expected because from what I see, she is an incredible and
professional worker. He is one of the busiest employees because he is the one who gives
orders to his other staff, for me he has the best answer of all the people I have interviewed,
he did not ask him my follow up questions because he became more He was still busy,
especially because the number of customers was increasing, but he was able to ask all my
main questions.
