Over the past few days, a customer and user of Lynxtech has been spreading

misinformation about Lynxtech--particularly our CFW and KMBOX. Here is the IMGUR
link to most, if not all, screenshots posted in this write-up, out of order but with
descriptions. FAIR WARNING: LOTS OF SCREENSHOTS

December 6, 2023

From the beginning of this, Magik became very impatient and immediately began
accusing our FW of being an issue when his DMA first arrived. Our DMA is pre-flashed,
but we explained that that doesn't mean it can't have any problems when first setting it
up. This is also where we had asked if he was setting up everything correctly and
reading the instructions (in later screenshots, it's evident that he did not).

Once we began helping Magik set up everything, we found out quickly he was not
reading the instructions and doing things wrong to stunt his DMA and KMBOX from
working:
So after confirming Magik's KMBOX was dead
from him flashing FW on it, we offered to honor a
15% Black Friday discount for a new one--and
altered the price even more when he did not have
the funds in his crypto wallet.

At this point, we thought we had resolved all of


Magik's questions and concerns, considering he
did not follow the instructions correctly and even
flashed FW onto his KMBOX.

Reviews

Throughout this situation, magik and Kaii published many reviews about
Lynxtech, each changing variously.
Magik's switch of review does not align with the entire situation; as MULTIPLE factors
could have gone into why he was getting banned, these will be shown further down in
screenshots--Kaii's review was based on what Magik and others were saying even
though we were trying to reach out to them and explain what was going on.

Other factors

There are a few different factors that could have led to Magik being banned, one
being the internal cheat that was not even released yet that he was using to test.
Aside from Magik using an unreleased DMA cheat and the internal version from the
same provider, another possibility could be the spoofer that Magik was running.
Although Magik claims that spoofers do not get you perm-banned, if you have been
previously banned and are using a lousy spoofer, then you can remain perm-banned.

Lynxtech customers getting DMs/non-customers interjecting

Throughout the issue, Lynxtech customers were getting DMs along with
non-customers making tickets to say that our FW was detected, both petur and sswish
are non-customers of Lynxtech and do not have any previous involvement/orders with
us.
Here, you can see Sswish going to other servers and calling us DTC without proof, and
also that he is a 'ratter' in cheats.klub (also promoting Magik's spoof--you can use the
context clues to determine they are close friends).
H7wl

While trying to figure out what happened to Magik, a customer and Lynx user, h7wl
opened a ticket saying that he was also banned on Fortnite. When asked to provide a
screenshot of his account so that we could look into the ban, he provided us with one
screenshot that was cropped in the launcher and did not provide us with his account.

We have a few reasons to believe that h7wl is lying about getting banned.

Flow

Our support member Xins had a conversation with another Lynx user and
customer who plays with h7wl, and to his knowledge, h7wl was not banned and was
even playing the prior day (from when he and Xins were talking).
Server

Here is another reason we believe h7wl and Magik lied about h7wl's ban. In the
screenshot, you can see h7wl not wanting to provide his account (we think because he
did not get banned on it) and also h7wl giving Magik his CFW to try and saying not to
get banned on it or else he (h7wl) will as well. If h7wl was already banned, why try his
CFW, and why would h7wl be nervous about getting a ban?
After all of this, we had come to the conclusion that Magik was not banned because of
our CFW, but we were still willing to work with him and test the FW he was using when
getting banned, yet Magik continued to (most recently today) tell others that we are DTC
when we are not.
Concerning the constraints on our DMA

We have told Magik that the board manufacturers could release the constraints
on our DMA in the future, not that we would do it for him specifically because we don't
have that right or power.
Concerning our CFW

Our CFW is unique and 1:1; we had explained this to Magik but continued to say
our FW was the same and just renamed when that wasn't what we had said. We
explained that the names bits 12, 13, and 14 were not different SIZES. It's just the
naming scheme. Here are screenshots of our support explaining that we will test the FW
he got banned on (our support is still testing and has not been banned.)
Changing story

Here is Magik changing his story to say he did NOT flash his KMBOX (we believe
that he did), as well as Magik telling others he was not using any other cheat, even
though he confirmed he was earlier.

In an earlier screenshot, Kaii refers to another user besides magik--Juxe.


Although we provide customer service and help when we can, Lynxtech only sells
firmware as a product. We don't sell it as a service, and we believe in empowering our
customers to become more knowledgeable of the hardware they choose to purchase
when they don't purchase from it us. We don't think it is our fault if other DMA hardware
providers do not supply proper guides and tools. With Juxe however, Kai had asked in a
ticket if we could flash it for him because Juxe is not knowledgable. We offered to out
of the kindness of our hearts. Xins, a member of our support, connected to his PC and
told him to put the cable in the flashing port. Then he continued and tried to flash. We
helped Juxe as much as possible and over-delivered with the service; we don't believe it
is our fault that he did not follow instructions during the flashing process.

Kaii also helped Magik with his DMA and KMBOX and confirmed that Magik did flash
DMA CFW on his KMBOX.

We are not trying to blame Magik's use of drugs on the situation. Still, his
dependency issues and corresponding emotional and behavioral issues did not help
during any of this whatsoever.

December 10, 2023


On December 10, Magik had messaged in his ticket with Lynxtech that he was
still unbanned; soon after (screenshot previously provided, but I will post again), h7wl
said that Magik's spoofer got him banned on Fortnite, and Magik did as well but
continued to blame us:

Here is the following progression of Magik's ticket, where he continues to blame us for
his bans, lies about not using any other cheats, and does not understand that spoofing
is not a 100% guarantee and you can, at any point, get flagged and in turn banned
because of a spoofer. He (Magik) also insults arguably the best firmware dev on the
market, who supplies essentially every provider. At this point, we banned Magik because
we will not tolerate disrespectful behavior. We are fortunate to partner with iTHA and we
will not risk our partnership with someone who has lost all rationale:

of a ban, we would 100% say that
our FW is detected; we pride
ourselves in being transparent with
our customers, constantly posting
when we are detected.

Kaii December 20, 2023

Despite our best efforts to explain to Kaii the situation, he continuously makes
excuses for Magik and his behavior because they are friends. Here are the screenshots
of our support trying to explain to Kaii why it is not our FW and Kaii posting us as DTC:

We are not making this write-up to point fingers and 'call-out' anyone in this post; this is
just evidence that we have gathered to explain our side of a situation that has gotten too
