ITEMS ALLOWED ON WALLS:
When attaching anything to the
walling exhibitors are asked to use
only Blutac, double sided tape or
3M removable products.
Wall mounted shelving and slat
wall is available to hire through
the ExpoNet.
Digital print wall graphics can also
be purchased through ExpoNet.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:
Do not use pins, staples, screws,
nails, bolts, glue or paint or any
items that could cause permanent
damage to the walling panels.
Charges will apply for ANY
damage caused.
Do not assume anything can be
attached to the walls as it may
compromise the strength of the
wall. ExpoNet can provide advice
should you have more detailed
mounting or dressing
requirements.

FURNITURE
The following furniture is included per 9 sqm stand:
• 1 x Lockable Counter
• 1 x Round Café Table
• 2 x Chairs
A choice of black or white furniture is available. Exhibitors must submit their preference via the Online
Exhibitor Manual. Furniture will be supplied by either Exponet or Harry the Hirer, and allocated by the
Organiser. Should exhibitors not submit a preference, colour choice will be at the discretion of the Organiser
based on stock availability.
WALLING & SHELVING
The shell scheme walling is 2500mmH white laminated infills that are slotted into an aluminum frame.
2 x Wall Mounted Shelves (Flat or Sloping) are including per 9 sqm stand. Each shelf is 900mm W x 300mm D
supplied by Exponet.
FLOORING
Blueberry carpet tiles.
FASCIA / NAME BOARD
An aluminium frame with a digital print fascia sign installed on each open side.
Each sign will be a maximum of 30 UPPERCASE characters including spaces.
COMPANY NAME & STAND NUMBER
The company name style is uniform and may not be altered. Words such as Company, Limited, Brothers
etc. will be abbreviated. No punctuation will be used.
LIGHTING
2 x LED 120w track mounted spotlights per 9 sqm attached onto the light track inside the fascia.
Exhibitors who opt for no fascia will receive 1 x LED Arm Light per 9 sqm attached to the rear of the wall.
POWER
1 x 4amp power point & test and tag is provided as part of your package. Additional power can be ordered
through Exponet. Please refer to your Online Exhibitor Manual for further details.

SUPPORT PANELS
In some instances, support panels may be necessary to structurally support a stand and to comply with
OH&S requirements. These panels will be either 0.5m or 1m wide depending on the size of the wall being
supported and are installed either at right angles to the back wall, or in the middle of a long length of back
wall. If you require clarification as to whether your stand will require bracing, please contact ExpoNet.
