with your morning routine.
➤ #1: Do you want to be more relaxed
throughout the day?
➤ #2: Do you want to become more

into shape through your morning routine?

morning routine and thus have more free
time?

THE COLD SHOWER - BREATHING EXERCISE
➤ STEP 1: Go under the shower and
increase the temperature to the
maximum you can stand
➤ STEP 2: Drop the temperature radically
to the absolute maximum on the scale
➤ STEP 3: Each set should take 1 min (30
sec hot, 30 sec cold). Repeat this process
3 times.
➤ STEP 4: Keep the cold shower running
for 1 minute. Stand under it and take very
deep breaths.
WHY IS THIS EFFECTIVE?
➤ It will increase your blood flow; The heart
will be pumping blood through your
veins and you will feel energized
afterwards.
➤ Changing it from cold to warm will train
your physiological strength; Our world
consists of changes between warm and
cold (e.g. you enter a warm shopping
center from the cold outside world)
➤ It will realize dopamine which causes
happiness!

➤ Timeframe: 5-10 minutes
➤ Create a journal (for yourself) that only

➤ Get rid of everything you need to
remember, are afraid of, or that you can
influence your live in every way, every
evening before you go to bed!
➤ The thoughts will re-appear but will not
keep you up at night!
WHY IS THIS EFFECTIVE?
➤ You get rid of bad thoughts and you ease
your mind before you go to bed!
➤ Write the journal around 1 HOUR before
you go to bed.
➤ Reasons to write a journal:
➤ #1: You will remember more
➤ #2: You will open up your mind for new
thoughts
➤ #3: You can protect precious memories
from disappearing.

- thoughts of gratitude and questioning
the own existing, realizing that nothing
matters much

➤ The only thing you need is a quite
place. If you feel connected to the
nature, nature sounds or the nature
itself (e.g. a place in the forest) might
help you meditate.
➤ Praying for something might help you as
well in the sense that it will remind you
of what you desire.
➤ Nevertheless, don’t try an otherworldly
being do the work; You are the one that
must achieve their dreams.

➤ Understand that every goal consists of
steps. Which steps do you have to take in
order to achieve a goal?

➤ Break down every goal into smaller
goals so that smaller goals combined
make up a big goal.
➤ Define your goals precisely! If you do not
do that, you never know when you
achieved it.
➤ That’s one of the main reasons why
people are not happy!

➤ Make sure you let it become a habit!
