does not make a lot of sense to consume
them (sometimes it actually has big
advantages)

exercise in the morning actually increases our

➤ Make sure you don’t tire yourself out and have
enough energy in order to hustle through the day
➤ My recommendations:
➤ 1. Riding your bike, home trainer for 10-15
minutes
➤ 2. Jogging for 20 minutes or less
➤ 3. Swimming for 10 minutes or less
➤ Try to practice exercise that does not rely on
impulsive training techniques such as weight
lifting with heavy weights or simply power-lifting

than one long ineffective meeting.
➤ Always stress yourself to be a little bit faster at
the things you do!

➤ STEP 1: Go under the shower and
increase the temperature to the
maximum you can stand
➤ STEP 2: Drop the temperature radically
to the absolute maximum on the scale
➤ STEP 3: Each set should take 1 min (30
sec hot, 30 sec cold). Repeat this process
3 times.
➤ STEP 4: Keep the cold shower running
for 1 minute. Stand under it and take very
deep breaths.
WHY IS THIS EFFECTIVE?
➤ It will increase your blood flow; The heart
will be pumping blood through your
veins and you will feel energized
afterwards.
➤ Changing it from cold to warm will train
your physiological strength; Our world
consists of changes between warm and
cold (e.g. you enter a warm shopping
center from the cold outside world)
➤ It will realize dopamine which causes
happiness!

➤ In my mind, the best time to wake up is
around 5 o’clock. If you sleep an average
of 6 1/2 hours, you can still experience
the fun with your friends but at the same
time wake up super early!
➤ Use the time that others sleep at in order
to get things done for which you need a
lot of focus.

➤ My advice: Sleep as much as you need

➤ For people who do not do any exercise, I
can only recommend vitamin pills, fish oil
and protein shakes (vegan, anabolic and
clean)

➤ Don’t let supplements make up more
than 20% of your diet
➤ Rather go with real food and get the
nutrition from such a source
➤ Real food will always beat the
supplements
➤ BCAAs are not helpful in the sense that

workout to train longer
