WRITING 2:

2. REPORT: The most promising training.

The aim of this report is to provide information about new methods that will improve training
for new staff when they start in the company.
First of all, the current training programme has interesting initiatives such as conferences,
classes and talk about different areas and from experienced or highly qualified staff.
However, the first observation to make is that it is not a thorough training. This is due to the fact
that new employeers only receive theorical skills. A significant contributing way to complete it
is through programmes such as traineeship, workshops and specialized courses which are more
effective. Additionally, language sessions and courses play a pivotal role in communicating with
other companies, so we will offer the opportunity to learn languages by means of conferences
and talks and organizing trips to differente countries.
Moreover, I would strongly recommend that new staff should be continuously assesed and
controlled by old employers. This will have an impact on improving their theoretical and
practical skills which will help them to enhance their knowledge and to trust on themselves.
In conclusion, the future is promising if we implement these improvements and new staffs will
get such a poweful integrated education so they will feel comfortable when working.
Corrección Belkis:
Report on Enhancing Training Methods for New Staff

Objective:
The purpose of this report is to propose enhancements to the current training
methods for new staff within the company, aiming to provide a more comprehensive
and effective onboarding experience.

Current Training Initiatives:

The existing training program incorporates various initiatives, including conferences, classes,
and talks delivered by professionals from diverse fields. While these efforts are commendable,
it is evident that the current training regimen lacks completeness.
Recommendations for Improvement:
To address this gap, it is proposed to supplement the existing program with practical
components such as traineeships, workshops, and specialized courses. These hands-on
approaches have proven to be more effective in nurturing skill development among new
employees. Additionally, language sessions and courses will be integrated to facilitate
communication with external entities. This will involve offering language learning opportunities
through conferences, talks, and organized trips to different countries.

Continuous Assessment and Mentorship:

Furthermore, it is strongly advised to institute a system of continuous evaluation and
mentorship for new staff members. Regular assessments and guidance from experienced
colleagues will contribute significantly to the enhancement of both theoretical understanding
and practical skills, fostering self-confidence among new hires.

Conclusion:
In conclusion, the implementation of these proposed improvements holds promise for the future
success of the company. By providing new staff with a robust and multifaceted training
experience, we aim to instill confidence and competence, thereby ensuring their seamless
integration into the workforce.
